I usually come to this Shell petrol station late at night, but unfortunately one of the staff is always very rude. They don’t show any respect to customers and if they are mopping the floor, they refuse to let us buy anything. Sometimes they even say we have to wait 10–15 minutes until the floor is dry, and they are fine if the customer leaves without buying anything. This kind of behaviour is really disappointing and not acceptable, especially in a place where good customer service should be a priority.

Nice clean station up the road from me but you need to sort these yet washes. Always leak or have no pressure. If things don’t work should at least have out of order sign. And the old bald dude seems crumpy if he ain’t happy with his job should work elsewhere no?

If I could give 0 stars, I would. One of my drivers filled up his van today and tried to pay with an Allstar business card, which was declined. I then sent another driver with a different Allstar card, and that was also declined, despite us never having issues with these cards before. I called to resolve it, but payment over the phone was refused, as was a bank transfer. They wouldn’t allow us to complete a promise-to-pay form or even leave something as security until the next day. In the end, I had to send a third driver all the way from Leeds with a debit card to settle the bill. To make matters worse, the same Allstar card worked perfectly at another Shell station immediately afterward, proving the issue was with their machine. The staff here were unhelpful, rude, and completely incompetent and had ZERO customer service skills. Told my drivers never to use the Shell station ever again! Review 18/08/2025

Very overpriced garage, especially indoors for food and drink! I got over charged on some food I bought when I asked for my change as I paid cash, the staff said they didn't have the change available? I requested this to be put in a charity box when it becomes available! This should not be happening. I always carry cash and use it when I can!

Waited ages for them to release the fuel so I can fill up. When I went in to go and pay, all of the staff were busy chatting and the lady behind the till was eating her lunch and on her phone! She didn’t even look up to see I was there. No hi, no emotion whatsoever. This happened on the 20th June around 1pm. CCTV will back me up!
