We bought new carpets & underlay for our stairs and upstairs from Killips when moving to a new home, and had a great experience. Everyone we spoke to was friendly. Rebecca was super helpful and patient when we were deciding on the colour and material - we hadn't bought carpet before and she was happy to answer all my questions and show us different options. When we were ready to order they were quick to give us a total price for carpet, underlay, fitting and door strips, which was competitive. They did a good job fitting it on the day. Also, my partner accidentally overpaid and they highlighted this to us and were quick to refund the extra amount. We'd definitely use them again.

Excellent service. I had a very quick , not planned , room reconstruction, and had just 2 days to change a carpet. This company was super quick, helpful, excellent price. I was happy that guys removed my old carpet and put a new one in just an hour. Highly recommended!

Purchased a small double bed with mattress. Lovely quailty. Great price. Reasonable delivery wait time. When delivering they were punctual and even put up the new bed and disposed of packaging. Would recommend! Thank you
