Schofields designed and installed my whole kitchen. The design process on the computer was fascinating and Mr Hart-woods came up with a design which was better than we anticipated. The price was very reasonable for such a quality product. The installation was quick and the quality of the materials and workmanship was superb. I would certainly use them again.

Then we came across this bespoke business which has a showroom and an exceptionally helpful proprietor Paul. Couldn't believe our luck, the possibilities are endless, you can design your own kitchen to fit your own space, you are guided through the endless choices with support and ideas you may not have considered. We now have a truly beautiful kitchen, it is stunning, which everyone admires. Thank you Paul for all the time and effort and support in helping us to make the right choices, we would recommend your work to anyone embarking on getting a new kitchen fitted. Well done that man!

A review is meant to be a reference point for potential customers. It should be an honest appraisal of the suppliers work and attention to detail. Often, you have to read between the lines because some reviews are likely to have been written by the supplier or even a friend in order to mislead. My review is a totally honest one and relates to a kitchen and various pieces of bedroom furniture manufactured supplied and fitted into our home by Paul Hart Woods. At first glance our kitchen looks great but that’s mainly due to our attention to the finer details of decoration. A detailed inspection listed 39 faults with the kitchen units and there painted finish. Some were very minor, some quite serious. The bedroom furniture installation was unbelievably appalling. It was so bad we had two other bespoke kitchen companies inspect it. (One of those companies was chosen by Paul Hart Woods). In over Twenty years in bespoke kitchen and bedroom manufacture both companies stated in their reports they had never seen anything so bad. We employed a joiner to remove every piece and it was subsequently placed on the council tip. I have numerous photographs and a video of both installations and of the bedroom furniture removal. I invite anyone to contact me to arrange a no obligation viewing. The scoring system means I must score at least one star when ideally it should be a big fat zero.

I had a kitchen made by Paul at Scholfields 15 years ago. The kitchen is fantastic and still looks like new. The workmanship is excellent and it was a pleasure dealing with Paul. I'd have no hesitation in recommending him.

Cosmetically our kitchen looks great but on close inspection the finish is not that good, the owner of schofields is a very difficult man to work with ! He started a bedroom for us but we wouldn’t let him finish as the workmanship was very poor ! I would invite anyone to view our kitchen before buying from Schofields of Saltaire !
