I found Iain via ChatGPT and he was listed first in the search for local jewellery makers. Within weeks, I was sat with him at his incredible home studio where all the plans were made for the creation an engagement ring. Part of his service is the provision of CAD designs that allowed me to see all aspects of the piece, and make some tweaks if required. I didn’t need to. An email to confirm and then….the wait began! It must’ve only taken 4-5 weeks to make - which went in no time. What Iain made was, quite simply, beautiful. I collected the ring from his home studio where it was immaculately presented. Iain explained everything, and also provided me with all the certification documents for the piece which at very least is required for insurance purposes. Overall, a superb bespoke service that I highly recommend to anyone wanting something truly special and unique. Thank you Iain. PS - She said YES 🇨🇭

I can’t thank Iain and the team enough. I have had my late mum’s two rings remodelled into something beautiful that I can wear and cherish instead of jewellery being stuck in a drawer. The whole process from the first meeting, to the design to , collection has been smooth and easy due to the friendly and professional care from Iain Henderson jewellers. My ring is absolutely stunning and it is just as I imagined. I’m so grateful to the team and can’t recommend them enough so anyone thinking of having jewellery made to a bespoke design.

Well what can I say about Iain and his team. Im absolutely blown away by their understanding, professionalism and producing outstanding jewellery. We took all my family jewellery, rings from grandma, mum, dad, mother in law and husband with sentimental value that didn't fit or suit me. From the first appointment Iain put us at easy with empathy and grace reassuring us he could design the rings I would be proud of with all the sentimental value. From the CAD design right through to fitting, we couldn't fault anything. Communication was by phone, text and email and Iain kept us up to date at every stage. I cannot recommend Iain enough for engagement / wedding rings. As most men, I felt completely lost when choosing a ring until I was recommended Iain. A bespoke service, he helped me design the ring, provided advice where needed, and made custom drawings, and also gave me the choicr of the weight/clarity of gems, prior to going into production to meet my budget. We also went to Iain for the wedding rings which fit perfectly alongside the engagement ring. Fantastic service and ive even recommended him to other friends.

We chose Iain to design my wedding band using an old unworn ring of my Grandma’s that held sentimental value but wasn’t particularly my style. The wedding band had to be CAD designed around my unusual shaped engagement ring that was also a family heirloom. He also made my partners wedding band. We are so pleased with the results and glad my grandmas old ring has a new lease of life! The photos don’t do it justice. The fingerprint on the inside of my partners ring was also a lovely touch.
