When my dad came to move out of his Beyond Housing flat, where he happily lived for 23 years, Beyond Housing staff couldn't have been better. From helping with all the paperwork to flat inspections.The two guys who came to inspect the flat were brilliant. Couldn't ask for nicer. Kind,caring and very supportive. Thank you all.
IF YOU ARE HAVING PROBLEMS WITH BEYOND HOUSING REPAIR OR STAFF REPORT TO ALISON HUME (MP) OR HOUSING OMBUDSMAN AND HOUSING MINISTER, AND NORTH YORKSHIRE COUNCIL or SPEAK TO A SOLICITOR/LEGAL TEAM. REALLY NEEDS OUTSIDE INVESTIGATION.
Hats off to Beyond Housing experienced a leak in the kitchen wasnt given a visit by a plumber for the end of May which was unsatisfactory we are quite elderly we were told to take the washing up bowl outside into the garden to empty it rang up again got a lovely lady she arrangedfor a visit sooner same day a plumber came and stopped it Thankyou sooo much
Absolutely hopeless to get anything done. Don't really care as never get back to you. Make reports take pictures nothing happens. I need a new door the only door into my home leaks and lets in rain draughts etc. I am disabled & asthmatic. I was told door was ordered in June . Now I'm told on a program for 2025. All winter with a leaking poorly fitting door. Just great. Im beyound exasperated.
A absolute blessing to be renting a property with Beyond Housing after ten years of living hell with private landlords. Everything in my experience of the past 14 months living here in the Scarborough district have been absolutely spot on, from support to repairs and the friendly teams on the phone. To say renting from Beyond Housing has been life changing for me is no understatement. Thank-you so much and keep up the Awesome work team Beyond Housing.
