Roscoe's Bar

Great public bar that also has a function room and sells drinks at very good prices.

What an amazing 👏 place Roscoes is, not only because all the events and clubs etc that take place there, but because of the wonderful staff. Service at the bar, during our Modern Jive class, is always fast and efficient. The staff are kind and helpful too. Most recently I lost a very expensive hearing aid there and as soon as I rang the next day, to speak to the Manager, Adam, he set about trying to find it for me. Becca located it and rang me sometime later, after she&colleagues had searched everywhere and found my hearing aid. I got a message from her to advise me that all was ok and that was followed, in the evening, by a phone call from Adam to check all was right with the world and that I was happy. That gesture was very much appreciated and unexpected. The personal touch and the care from all the staff makes me feel lucky to have found Roscoes! Where else would you get such great service?! We held a family birthday party for 20 people of all ages at Roscoes. It was a wonderful experience. At every stage of the preparations Roscoe's staff could not have been more helpful. The room was beautifully decorated, the buffet tea was delicious, we were helped to make full use of the disco lights lights and sound system - and throughout it all the bar and hospitality staff were friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. I cannot recommend Roscoes enough - and would particularly like to thank Alice for all her hard work helping us.

We booked ahead of time a pool table for four of us. We were welcomed by a lovely chap who signed us in. Only £3 for a day pass and 50p per play! Amazing. Plus table service of drinks too! The tables and equipment are top class and the toilets are sparkling as well! Will 1000% be back!
