It is a clean lovely little pub. Staff service was good and polite but the food itself was very disappointing. The picture I’ve attached supposed be a hunters chicken meal. Now I’ve had this meal at loads different companies in different locations throughout the uk and this first time I’ve been disappointed in it. Barely any sauce for the chicken which was very dry and I mean very dry. World’s tiniest onion rings I’ve ever been served. And you usually get quite abit with this meal. Not only that the kids meals my children had bangers and mash 2 bigger appetites and 1 smaller appetite. The gravy came in a joint pot and the gravy was just enough for all 3 of their meals and that was pushing it really tight. My kids looked at their plates as if to say is that it. Whereas bigger appetites meals in pubs normally fill them up. They were still very hungry leaving this place. No issue on drinks side of things.

My partner and I only found this place last September when on holiday. We came back this time on our first night and have been again tonight.. the staff are very friendly and helpful. We’ve eaten here each visit and have found the food a reasonable price and have had no issues with what we had.

My partner and I went out for a rare dinner date and were genuinely impressed by how much this place has improved over the past few years. We were welcomed at the door by Arik, the bartender, who showed us to our seats and took great care of us all evening. He checked in just the right amount and made sure everything was spot on and it truly was. The decor has a warm, inviting feel, and the relaxed atmosphere made it perfect for our night out. The food has also taken a huge step up compared to the previous owners. We left really happy with the whole experience. I’d absolutely recommend this place to anyone in the area looking for a lovely evening out.

We had booked a table online on a Friday night. There is a dedicated car park just outside with plenty of spaces available. The slight hitch was that they couldn't find the booking for whatever reason, but thankfully, we got a table. From then on, things just got getting better. The menu has an excellent spread of starters, mains, and dessert. We order through the phone via the QR code at the table. The turnaround was very quick with friendly staff and excellent service. The food was excellent, and we all loved it. We will definitely be visiting again!

Great place for a catch up with friends and the kids. Plenty of choice on the menu. The guy at the bar (Liam I think his name is) was very welcoming. Food was served quickly. Only downside is that the bigger appetites for children portion needs to be a lot bigger especially for the price.
