Disappointed two small bits of pork in large dry bap. Almost 5 pounds, don’t mind paying the money for a sandwich if you got an actual meat sandwich and not more dry bap, Friend followed me for 3 sandwiches and was the same more stuffing on them than meat so wasn’t a one off thing, used to be so much better than this. Will visit falsgrave in future much better value for money and lots of meat for less price.

I used to use Baxter’s several times a week as it was good quality food. When the young lads are working the service is 10/10 ,politely served and the sandwiches are always great portioned. However when there’s the older lady working i avoid. She comes across as very rude and unwelcoming,she gives you the minimum that she can get away with in the sandwiches and seems to have a “always right” attitude. I asked for 2 simple things that wasn’t much of an inconvenience at all and i was given sarcastic rude comments back. I’m not writing this to slam the business but more so that the owners are aware,i know a handful of friends that say they avoid when this particular lady is working.

Wow we had two Sunday dinners on beef one turkey and it was fab u lous £10 each and so full after had to go for a walk, fantastic home made mash and rosties fabulous staff very friendly and helpful would be here every week if we lived here

First visit today after it was recommended by a friend to try out. Had a lamb roast dinner to take away. Sensational. Really well cooked meat and a good portion size. You will not go hungry here! Lol great stuff. Keep up the good work. Like my reviews people 👌
