Fab cheesecake went twice and had 2 different cheesecakes a Malteser cheesecake and a honeycomb cheesecake both delicious. Tea good and the music was pleasant but not intrusive so you could still hold a conversation
We go here regularly for their coffee which is really nice. Today my wife and I had the afternoon tea, and it was amazing, a great range of sweet and savoury items and huge portions to boot! When they’re busy service can be a bit slow, but good things are worth waiting for!
The best latte I’ve had for a while, we stopped for a tea cake and it was fine. Dog friendly inside 👍
Our first visit was totally 5* - but when we returned it was 3!!! We think this is because of the amount of visitors! The first time we were the only customers and everything went very, very well. The second visit was at a busier time and we had to wait quite a while - just for our hot drinks. We loved the style and the ambience and hope to return! 💃🕺🐩
Had a lovely experience at Caffe Royale. Initially went in because it was dog friendly and was pleasantly surprised. A calming atmosphere in beautiful surroundings and the staff were very polite and friendly. A good selection of drinks and cakes, including gluten free. Think this is the only place in Scarborough that catered for my wheat intolerance! They certainly live up to their dog friendly claim. Dexter was welcomed by staff, and even had his own menu! Their puppaccino was luxury, complete with doggy treats hidden inside amd kept Dexter busy for a good 10 minutes! I highly recommend this lovely place to anyone and we'll certainly be back next time we're in Scarborough. I wish this new business every success 🥂
