Staff seem to work very hard, have seen manager shouting at employees which I feel is unacceptable in a work environment in front of customers. Floor is always dirty and tables seen to never be wiped. Customer service is great, always get smiles from employees however it's just disappointing on the management side.
Been in here a few times, can get busy but never have to wait more than a minute or 2. Staff a polite enough, only come for for the sweet treats which are much more reasonably priced than compared with down south where i used to live. Cant complain about myself.
Can never get a hot or even warm pastry. Coffees bitter and everything is just too overpriced. They have also shrunk all the products a sausage roll is half the size it used to be 👎🏻
Five stars a few months back a busy happy place. Great team work delivers what customers want. Disruption lack of customer care, results in less footfall.
