Very friendly service. The quiche and salad were tasty, and the lattes were good. The lemon meringue was disappointing, but the decor is nice and the place has a good atmosphere.
A very pleasing find when I was desperate for a reviving coffee after a torrid train journey. It was heaving in Scarborough so I looked down the side streets and spotted Walkers. I was surprised to find it was a lot bigger than it first appeared and very clean and tidy. They were having some problems with the card machine but this was quickly resolved. I had a really good coffee and treated myself to a lemon drizzle muffin which was delicious! I didn’t have time for a meal but the menu looked really good; will definitely come back. Edit: July 2025 a return visit although I didn’t have a meal, just a very good oat milk americano and a piece of gluten free millionaire shortbread which was superb! The coffee shop is over 3 floors but I sat in the main ground floor area-I was in the Naughty Corner😹 This cafe is popular with customers of all ages. Well worth a visit!
Always pop in here when in Scarborough- always good! Good selection of sandwiches/toasties etc and also hot and cold drinks. Delicious coffee. Photo shows ham and cheese panini - good value as it comes with salad, crisps and coleslaw. Staff friendly and welcoming. Great place!
A mediocre coffee shop with extremely courteous and swift service. The coffee lacks body and flavour and while it was quiet for the first few minutes a gaggle of extremely loud females had built up to an ear shattering competition to discover who could create the most offensive din. This is not the venue for people who dislike an environment dedicated to the bellowing harridans holding a competition to see who could make the greatest noise.
Despite having walked past this cafe many times, I've never used it until now. I only had a coffee & a biscuit, so I can't comment on food. The service is very friendly & professional, the surròundings are smart & spotless. A nice atmosphere in a very nice cafe, I thoroughly recommend a visit.
