One of the best pizzas I've ever eaten. Chicken and mushroom. Only £10 with a free drink. Has a lovely chat withe the owners asking for advice to use. My summer pizza oven. Don't hesitate to visit and forget the awful commercial alternatives. It's a shame I live in France or would use 2 a week.
Visited 1st Express 1990 as staying local and wanted a good rated kebab shop and found this place via a quick google search. Have to say the premises were very clean which is always great to see. The staff were very friendly and accommodating and the food/portion sizes were great. Just one thing I'd suggest would be to ramp up the chilli sauce, much too mild for us but still tasty.
Great to see the original Express takeaway back open in Scarborough, same great food and service, just in a new location. Had a delicious full Donner Parmo, I nothing left but a small amount of nice, fresh salad...very FULL now! All the staff were friendly, working hard as it was very busy on a Wednesday night, probably because of how good their food and reputation is. Keep up the great work!
After several recommendations I finally decided to give this place a try because I was in the area. Ordered a classic parmo and I wasn't disappointed! Very fresh and juicy , not like some places that serve up a dried up old bit of chicken. Every ingredient was banging. Even the chips were great and I don't normally eat chips. The staff are all super lovely too. It's nice to be able to have a chat when waiting for your freshly cooked food . Definitely the best parmo in town and I'll be returning to try the pizza , I highly recommend it.
Really friendly and welcoming and the food was amazing. We got a pepperoni parmo and a classic calzone. Lots of food for a reasonable price (and free drinks!) Would recommend!
