Kin Shing

I've had some rough Chinese in Scarborough but this one is by far and away the worst! Freezing cold food, omelette was anything but an omelette, looked like scrambled egg and was ice cold, chips bland, avoid at all costs. In their defence the delivery was quick and the curry sauce was nice but still had to reheat all the food as it was that cold.

Takeaway food can be much of a muchness. Good menu, sensible pricing, quick and … tasty!

Rude staff didn’t even acknowledge us when we arrived. We waited and waited to order, they kept answering the phone and expecting us to keep waiting, we left as was disappointed with the customer service. They were talking badly about the person who had just ordered over the phone too, criticising what they had ordered, rather than just taking our order as they could see we were waiting. Ignorant and rude. We have had food from here before, which was tasty, but it is very off-putting when customer service is so bad, it needs serious improvement. Last time we were in there, the woman at the counter looked like she had been hit, with a bruise on her face, which made us question things and I hope she is okay.

Excellent customer service, delicious food, delivered quickly with a great delivery driver. Will definitely order again 😃

Very good all round from ordering to delivering then eating. Highly recommend
