Wow! What a treat, we got the battered tofu, battered veggie sausage, vish fingers, mushy peas and curry sauce. Absolutely amazing, the batter for the tofu was out of this world. Well worth a visit, we’ll be coming back.
There was quite a long queue at the shop, so it took a little longer to get our food than you would generally expect to wait for fish and chips. I understand why the queue was so long, and it's because the food is excellent. My wife has a gluten intolerantance, and this place has a reputation for having good gluten-free choices, which is why we visited. My wife had gluten-free batered cod and a fish cake, and they were both excellent. She says they are the best she has ever tasted, I tried the fish cake, and it was delicious.
Really good fish and chips vegetarian and gluten free options (not much on a Friday night for vegetarian). This place is popular so there's a wait, but it's worth it. My personal favourite are the gluten free fish cakes, absolutely amazing thank you!
Delicious gluten free fish and chips, along with gravy and curry sauce. So nice as a coeliac to have great options and feel safe!
Fabulous Fish and Chip shop. Forget the penny pinching flea bit rubbish served up on the sea front at Scarborough, head to this high quality take away instead. Delicious, perfectly cooked food, at a fair price. Generous portions, and fantastic menu choice, especially for Veggies and Vegans. Always busy, and usually about five people working behind the counter. It's popular, and not surprisingly because it is a cracker! 10/10. We had Fish, Chips, Pineapple Rings, Mushy Peas, and all were top, top quality. Very highly recommended. You won't be disappointed!!
