Been using this takeaway for awhile now with no issues but the last two orders have been a major disappointment. Two times now have had slimey off putting old rice(which made me severely ill)and dry out ribs. Sadly this is my last time using this takeaway
This is the First and last time I would go here. Half of the order was missing. The Beef was very tough, chips were soggy, we had 8 meals and everyone of us scraped it in the bin. What a waste of money. Even the dog refused to eat the meat.
We ordered a takeaway from here, we normally use Wing Hing which is delicious and great service. On opening our takeaway we realised they’d mixed our order up, we got seaweed instead of egg fried rice! I phoned to explain and was told to go and collect it myself as the driver had finished? I explained that I’d had a drink and couldn’t drive(we live 5 miles away) I was told there was nothing they could do, then when I asked about a refund I got told I could have a free egg fried rice next time! Whilst looking at the seaweed in front of me I said “we wouldn’t be using them again” to which the owner called me mean! Really? Good service should be what customers expect not hope for.
Order food at 5.30pm. Said it would be one hour. Phoned up after 1.5 hours said it will be 2 hours. Finally arrived after 2.5 hours. I know it's Saturday night and they are busy, but why say one hour when they mean at 2.5? Way too long 2.5 hours! Food nice, but time waiting unacceptably, especially as we phone at 5.30pm.
Sadly we didn't enjoy our meal this evening. I had crispy chilli beef which came in a strange red very sweet sauce with little chilli heat, my son had szechuan chicken which he didn't enjoy either. He said the chicken was very dry and tasted old. My prawn crackers weren't crispy they tasted stale. All together it was very disappointing.
