Loved our meals there last night, has a real old school feel to the place & the food was red hot too.
Very good Chinese. The looks from the outside are deceiving, as it looks small and dark! The decor inside is nice and traditional and there's plenty of seating. Service was excellent and all the food was served sizzling hot. Not too busy on a Monday night and we didn't need a reservation. Will definitely come again when we're next back in Scarborough.
28 of us went to the Oriental for my birthday party. Everything went perfectly and the food was really good. The chefs and waiting staff did a great job with our huge group. Thank you and see you next year.
This is the best Chinese food in Scarborough well in Great Britain and I would say this family has been around forever. Paul Tam used to own it a friend of my father‘s. if you have never tried it once you have, you will not go anywhere else. It might seem a little bit more expensive but you pay for what you get. Trust me.
A highly recommend place to visit, the food was delicious, excellent customer service very friendly and accommodating. The prices are great too. We had a great dinner experience, wasn't that busy but came quite late, so be advised they close at 10pm. Portions are generous and we loved the sizzling beef dish. The menu has the allergies info by numbers so you can easily identify it. If you like Chinese Food definitely give it a go, also have few Thai dishes and Chef speciality. Thumbs up!
