Visited this place on a hot afternoon. about 3 young people working 2 males and a female. Totally ignorant, not eager to take order & not welcoming at all. Could understand these are going kids so not a big issue. Ordered some doughnuts, an ice cream and a drink. Prices were ok. While I was waiting for doughnuts getting ready, I saw this girl working pushing a ketchup bottle pack with foot from one end to the other, I mean how heavy was it to lift four 1 litre squuezy bottles of ketchup. Her shoe laces were untied as well which was clearly a hazard in a working place especially when you have fryers around you. The other two lads show each other some videos on the phone while hands in their pocket. not a big deal but I personally believe these kids needed some extra training on how to deal with customers and how to behave whilst in the kitchen in front of the customers.
Just been to the kiosk to get 3 slushes. He was miserable and had no manners. He asked for £5.40 and never said please so I reminded him. Then passed me my change and never said thank you. I found him really rude. I appreciate its a hot day and probably doesn't want to be at work but no need to be so grumpy. Will not visit or buy again
Got a Mr Whippy, and a strawberry and clotted cream ice cream and 2 drinks. Absolutely delicious. The guy working was really friendly and happy and we had a joke about eating the ice cream in the rain.
Poor service, really bad and overpriced waffles.
