The drop off area was very poor, only seemed room for taxis. There was building work going on so hopefully will be better .We were collecting our granddaughter in a strange town and returning her to her train 3 days later. Our local station Preston Lancs has 20minute parking so you can see them on their train.
Can't promote this pkace for parking whatsoever.Parking signage is inadequate, my appointment was wuth meeting my solicitor followinv a death in the family. Fhe train station beingvthe nearest location that I knew where to park but hadn't been here since 2014. I was unable to get a wifi connection to pay for a 1hr which resulted in me getting a penalty ticket for £50. Although the penalty ticket eas invalid stating the time was 11:10am when I wasn't even in the car park. The car park app is Apcoa and the penalty ticket was issued by Trans Pennine 🤔 Will never use either in future
Exorbitant charges £4.20 for the day! No other parking available, app useless and by the time you have called the helpline your allocated leeway of 15 minutes has gone so nowhere to just drop off, would give zero stars if I could, I thought our Lincoln one was bad at 50p for 20 minutes!
Busy public car park but central for town and getting the train. Easy pay system once you download the parking app.
Absolutely ridiculous!!!! Took so long to download the app and answer the same questions 3 times i missed my train! Saved £40 and won't use this car park again! No wonder people have stopped using trains
