NCP Scarborough Balmoral

Steve and the guys are great. I use this carpark every day for work with a seasonal ticket. I get greeted every morning with a smile and well wishes. They're always on hand to help out if needed rain or sunshine, one of them even helped me pump a tyre up once!

Very old car park designed for small cars. Found it almost impossible to fit my car into a parking bay and very difficult to negotiate the ramps without clipping walls or scuffing tires. Needs to be pulled down and rebuilt for modern size cars

It's pretty much like any other multi storey car park. However I would like to mention the security officer who was on duty when we used the car park in early June 2025. He was extremely helpful when we didn't use the app properly. He gave us a temporary ticket which allowed us to get out without having to reverse away from the barrier. Excellent service.

Whilst this car park is run by NCP, and is not a cheap place to park at over £10 a day, having the knowledge that there is monitored CCTV, and the car park is locked after 20:00, meant I could be sure my car was safe until I retrieved it the next day.

Central car park good location. We left our car over night and it stayed safe. Cost us about £11 for 24 hours stay, which I thought was reasonable.
