Palm Court Car Park

Avoid this car park – daylight robbery I parked here for around ONE HOUR and was charged £30 simply because I lost my ticket. No flexibility, no common sense, no customer care. I spoke to customer service and was told, “It’s written everywhere – lost ticket is £30.” That response says everything about how this place operates. You can write £1000 on a sign — that doesn’t make it fair, reasonable, or acceptable. Charging £30 for an hour of parking is not a service, it’s a penalty designed to trap people. The attitude was rude, dismissive, and unapologetic. No attempt to verify entry time, no discretion, no respect. This feels like a business model built on exploiting mistakes, not providing parking. I would strongly advise anyone to park elsewhere unless you’re happy being charged excessive fees with zero customer support.

Well priced and well placed. A little tricky to navigate inside especially if you turn down a section that’s got no spots because it’s really hard to turn around. The spaces themselves are quite small too with many of them being labelled as only suitable for small cars.

Beware when parking in some bays left my car here didn’t notice crack in roof of car park leaking substances on to my bonnet which dried like resin scratches on my bonnet when trying to remove looks like respray job

Great little car park, a little tight when busy but really good value and a stones throw away from the tram up and down from the beach 👍

Great car park near the town centere but abit small spaces and nice bird buisness on my car i know they xant help it... recommended
