Rubbish! Would have liked to have parked here. Had the required APCOA Connect installed and a payment card registered. But when attempting to actually make payment it just failed. Trying to use a different card also failed. It was Sainsbury's instead for me, using JustPark.
Used to be a go-to car park when visiting Scarborough... not any more, as you can no longer pay by cash, and have to download a parking app to your phone, which is useless if you don't have a mobile or aren't on a data contract & reliant on WiFi. You've lost my custom.
Says £4.20 per day, but it isn't. The day ends at midnight, so if you want to park overnight, you have to pay for 2 days.... AND you have to download and register yet another parking app to your phone.... 😠
