If you can't provide the services we asked while booking the appointment, why accept it at the first place, Please avoid this place and go elsewhere. I would give it 0 stars if I could. Go to another accounting if you could. If you still end up here do not meet with paul and james

I use these folks and my experience with them has been excellent. Being the type of person who breaks out in a sweat just seeing HMRC self-assessment forms, I value the fact that they take all the stress out of it.
