I popped in today to close a savings account and Ruby made the whole process simple. She provided me with all the documents and explained everything clearly. Whilst I was there Ruby also helped a customer who required additional support and treated the situation professionally.

My wife and me called in to the Scarborough branch on St. Nicolas Street, to carry out business there. Our first contact was with Ruby, an assistant. Ruby was very helpful and pleasant. Ruby conferred with the branch manager, Andy Newton, who then resolved our business most satisfactorally and professionally. Mr. Newton was very pleasant and supportive. It was lovely doing business in this nice modern bank. A real pleasure. Thank you most sincerely

Went to pay my daughter nursery fee Wanted to pay the money directly into account but the lady in the bank was a bit funny about it Mumbling something about an audit and me doing it by using cash machine... I couldn't as it's not my bank Asked if I could do it in the future she said yes but not everyone would do it ...so obviously she had has a good day and dit it. And there was me thinking every employee has to follow the same procedures?!!!

First Class service - sometimes short staffed but well worth the wait. Staff courteous, friendly and efficient. A pleasure to visit.

Staff always helpful, can be busy but waiting area comfortable. Good bank to bank with, offers internet banking which is handy.
