Chaps Barber Shop

Been using chaps for years but won’t be going again. Not sure if she was having an off day or not but how she was today was far from professional. Complaining because a two year old child who was already upset about having his hair cut wouldn't sit still. We never complained about her not being able to get certain parts of his hair but how she was and then telling us to go somewhere else after years of using the same place just says it all. Avoid like the plague.

Amanda did a great job of cutting my hair and beard after not having my hair cut for 4 years from before lockdown. Was so happy with it. She really went beyond when she found out I'd not actually confirmed a booking time with her but she managed to squeeze me in. Lovely atmosphere and very welcoming and felt at ease.

Amanda is mint, always flexible if I need to amend my appointment, does a very good job of cutting my hair too. Hugely recommend anyone new to the area and also anyone looking to change their barbers!! Been using her for years, only regret is not changing earlier!!!

Just moved to Scarborough and thought I would give them a try, I didn’t book but was squeezed in which was nice. Beautifully decorated inside and looks like an old barber shop but very classy. Great attention to detail, great cut, wasn’t rushed. I found my new barbers, highly recommended if you’re wanting a good cut and great prices.

Im very fussy with who cuts my hair and its always a great cut, she never rushes and always does a fantastic job! And lovely to chat to! Plus shes great with kids, my little one hated his hair cutting until we came here now he doesnt want to go anywhere else! Always recommend to other people 🙂
