Went to Charlotte as a new client to have my lashes and brows done. I love the results! so professional and welcoming, the appointment wasn’t rushed and she has so much patience. She takes the time to answer any questions you have, and makes you feel comfortable, even offered me a blanket for throughout the treatments❤️ Charlotte also takes the time out after the appointment to tell you about after care and to let you know what availability she has left to get you booked in again to avoid disappointment. She’s amazing

Due to moving in to the area i needed a new beautician thats fully qualified, and that knows how to do eyebrows without ruining them. I had a few bad experiences so I made sure I did my research and also asked about. I am so glad i found Charlotte. I had my very first appointment today and hand on heart i am so impressed. I went in to my appointment on time, the treatment wasn't rushed, and Charlotte even did a little extra touch to finish them off. Officially my go to salon now. Thank you Charlotte. I am made up ♥

Char is always the very best at brows ! I wouldn’t go to anyone else. She always gives me the desired look I’m wanting and even covers my redness up before I leave! Lovely girl, highly recommend x
