I went to Drive today to have my car checked out as an engine warning light had appeared. I received a text message the evening before informing me of my appointment the next day and could book in online. On arrival Dan greeted me with a smile and welcomed me back to Drive. He explained what would happen regarding the work that was going to take place on my car. Dan phoned me an hour and half later to inform me that my car was ready to be picked up and the work carried out was FOC. I cannot state how happy I am with Drive and their professionalism and I informed Nick Marriott, the Service Manager regarding my feelings. Dan informed me that he was leaving which was very disappointing, but wished him all the best for the future. He will be sadly missed at Drive. Many thanks Drive employees
