Wanted to say a massive thank you to Stef, made the buying process seamless and I’ve made the jump to owning my own EV. absolutely amazing to drive, completed with amazing service, both during and after the sales process
Great service from the Ford team at Stoneacre Scarborough. Nothing was too much trouble for Chloe and Nathan on service reception who got me booked in for my routine service at short notice and at a great price , car was ready when promised and work carried out to the normal high standard. Fantastic service, Thanks again.
My van had a Vauxhall recall which was health with ease. While having a health check for free as part of their recall service, a red alert nagger was flagged up from something needing repair on my van. It’s due it’s MOT soon and would have failed. They fixed the issue at a very reasonable price. And on top of this u was able to have a hire van for my work. No stress at all. I shall can certainly recommend stoneacre. Special thanks to Chloe for her customer service & clear instructions along with the other team who kept me up to date. Also to Ashley and the mechanic team in the back. They even gave my van a quick clean on the outside. Thanks again!! Great service!
Had a great experience with Stoneacre Scarborough. The service and parts team were really helpful and easy to deal with. Big shoutout to Morgan who was especially helpful and friendly. Top service all round 👍
I normally find service and mot day a little stressful with having to juggle it around the school run. Today was made so much easier by Chloe Miller in the service department. Chloe went above and beyond to look after me. She arranged for my car to be ready at a time that suited me, kept in touch with information on the progress and made sure that the handover was as swift as possible. Chloe really made me feel valued and couldn't have done more for me. I will certainly be asking for her next time I'm in.
