Avoid! These guys are cowboys praying on vulnerable people. Close relative went in to do paperwork for a car that had been seen the day before and finance options discussed and suddenly the car was no longer an option. “Can’t sell you that one now” here is another car with higher mileage for the same price. Or let’s look at a new car but completely change the finances from the day before. Shame on you.
Car booked in for mot and service months (3 to 4) ago, confirmed online 3 days beforehand, come in on day to find no auto loan car (required due to disability) was listed on the 'order', and the elec loan car was out of charge, had to be rebooked! 2 stars cos staff were nice. (Edit: they're really sorry about this trouble, but not sorry enough to reimburse my costs!)
What can I say! I’ve been searching for the right car for months as I had no idea what I wanted I’d also been round what felt like millions of garages with annoying sales men! This was not the case here! As soon as we pulled up to Vauxhall Scarborough Darren was outside what a lovely genuine guy! Very professional and accommodating long story short he was that good I drove away a brand new Mokka on the same day!!!!!!!! Always ask for Darren! Thank you Darren I’ll be back!!!! x
Popped in this dealership this morning for an MOT they fit me straight in sam the guy who i spoke to was fantastic so helpful 👌 then there was chloe who also helped me was also a great help very friendly staff.
So far, so good. Called in, looking at several vehicles. Eventually drove away with my new car. Once I have the relevant documents etc, I'll be happy.
