Halfords - Scarborough

Served by a chap with grey hair who rides motorbikes and I think, the manager on shift who looked for a cable for me (that wasn’t in Stock) After a morning of chaos and shopping I decided to brave Halfords for a few bits.. I’m glad I did. Other shops should take lessons in customer care from Scarborough Halfords. Both staff members were extremely friendly and very helpful. I live a long way from the shop but I’m in Scarborough a lot. This shop’s going to become my go-to for car products. Had a nice chat with the motorbike man at the end, he was telling me about his Blade. It’s nice to meet genuine nice folks behind the counter who have real knowledge of the items they sell. Best service I’ve had in any shop in quite a while.

Excellent staff. Told me there may be a slight delay, which was only a few minutes. Kept well informed of whole fitting process. Very happy with result. Cheers to Tom who did the fitting. Will use again and highly recommend.

what fantastic service by the staff, I explained what I wanted was antifreeze but was not sure what type. A member of staff entered my vehicle details and it came up with the correct one. many thanks. Mike

Promptly booked car in for a slow puncture which enabled us to continue our journey to Manchester. 5 star service and staff professional and courteous. Highly recommend this team 💪

Excellent service by Halfords Scarborough in fitting new windscreen wipers to my car. Polite, welcoming and helpful staff. Fitting was free as I am a Premier Motoring Club member also received a discount on the wipers. Thoroughly recommend.
