I visited last year after feeling numbness in hands after starting a job which involves long hour seated. I grew concerned as numbness was getting worse and spreading to left foot. Not only did Holt Duncan relieve my numbness completely. He also gave good suggestions to make sure it wouldn't happen again. Which a year later hasn't reoccurred. Fantastic and recommended this seasoned professional.
I had been suffering from lower back pain for 6 days prior to my appointment and unable to sit or stand without pain. Limited mobility also meant I was unable to dress without sitting. 4 days post appointment I had full range of motion with no pain. I would highly recommended Duncan, he is a very knowledgeable and professional Chiropractor.
A few weeks ago i hurt my lower back and basically could hardly move , but after having only 3 visits to Duncan i was feeling almost normal and continued to do some exercises he gave me , consequently after 4 weeks i’m now cured, Duncan is very professional and well informed plus he makes the visits comfortable so i have no problem in recommending him ,
First session yesterday and feel like a new man! can not reccomend highly enough
