Guy behind the counter told me that my medium sized package was too big. Not sure why they advertise themselves as an evri parcel store
Really quick and easy with a Amazon return and friendly service
I had today really very bad experience in the shop. When I went inside to send my parcel and the employee who was most probably from some Arabian or Indian country, it was more then rude whit me, because I hadn't stuck my label on my package and he start to shouts to me "go back home and to do it there" .So I was already prepared whit my scotch tape but he continuously chase me out of the store.He said if I am not buying anything I have to go out immediately. My response it was "I need to send my parcel mate" and he said "I do not care at all, go out of the store". I'm very disappointed of that kind of behavior and customer service.I can't understand how someone can be so surly with a lady like me. Because of that, even one star is too much for the store. I don't think so I will ever go back there.This is ridiculous!
Giving my parcel to the person behind the counter was simple and quick. As it was already paid for and labeled the whole transaction took just a few minutes.
Great store for parcel service,staff very friendly helpful !
