Corner House Surgery

Shocking service. My dentist was the owner Phoebe who then removed me from her patient list without informing me and put me with another dentist who was very professional and good at what she did and then when that dentist left to go to another practice i received an email removing me as a patient from the practice as there was not another dentist available to then find out they have hired a new one. I was on denplan aswell and recently found out they still are taking on denplan patient. Very unprofessional.

Am always apprehensive when I have a dental appointment, but since moving to corner house, my fear has gone. The surroundings are well kept, clean and of good quality. Staff are very friendly on reception, Phoebe the dentist and dental nurses are always happy, welcoming and make me feel comfortable, all added with the professionalism they should have. I had a filling which encountered a problem for me, I contacted them 2 /3 times regarding it, they were very patient, advised and reassured me every time, getting me in quickly too. And they were correct in their advise, it has all settled down lovely! I would definitely recommend Phoebe (and I do!) and her team 100%

Lovely friendly staff. I was seen on time. The dentist I saw was Phoebe who explained everything and was very gentle and thorough. I was very happy with my appointment. Also saw Hygienist who was kind and explained everything as she cleaned my teeth. I would recommend this practice highly.

Different level of dental experience. Changing dentist to corner house was one of the best decisions I’ve made. Pheobe always explains everything extremely throughly, and helped me achieve fantastic dental results. All the staff have always been super helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend.

Original dentist left the practice so was assigned a foundation dentist. She filled two of my teeth, one of which was a replacement. Both fillings ended up failing within 3 weeks, having complications with flossing due to hooks being left on the fillings. The foundation dentist redone one of the fillings and it has done the exact same thing and failed again. The other filling was replaced with a temporary filling by a different dentist which is still in place. I have asked to see a different dentist with more experience but the practice didn't want to know. I am assuming the senior dentist Phoebe deals with issues like this as it was her who I spoke with on the phone and she laughed when I pointed out she was arrogant and of no help. All she had to do was offer me a different dentist with more experience. Absolute joke of a dentist, zero compassion or any offer to put me in place with another dentist. She refused herself for some reason and the lady who put my temporary filling in was very rude to me and said 'you have your own dentist i dont want any more patients thank you' in a smarmy manner. I will be reporting Phoebe and the other dentist to the BDA and trading standards as I pay hard earned money for these treatments, some of which on a private basis, yet they have zero compassion when it comes to understanding my hesitancy and concern with carrying on seeing the foundation dentist after the errors she has made in such a short amount of time.
