Smile Orthodontics

Went with my son today to be told numourous times that he must be eating hard foods for his wires to break…. I told them umpteen times he doesn’t eat hard foods… if he did I would tell you , I won’t lie for him but HE DOESNT !! I was still basically called a liar which I am not … He doesn’t even eat crusts on pizza BUT SHE STILL INSISTED HE MUST AND THEN GOT A PIECE OF WIRE AND TIED IT IN A KNOT TO PROVE IT CANT JUST BREAK!! So she STILL was calling me a liar! Some children actually will follow instructions and not eat what they no they shouldn’t whilst having braces on … and this is my son… And also he doesn’t like HARD FOODS OR SWEETS!! his downfall are crisps … now a crisp is never gunna snap the wires on it especially when you felt the need to tie a piece in a knot ! Anyway I didn’t appreciate your tone today and the sooner we don’t have to attend no more the better! You were rude and thought I would sit and be quiet but how wrong you were ! When I know I’m right I won’t back down … maybe if you cannot cope with customer service your in the wrong job

So took a day off from work to accompany my son for his orthodontist appointment only to be told that it was move a week later. No communication whatsoever, no letter, no phone call. They were completely oblivious of the inconvenience it cause to us, affecting my work and my child's education and this is not the first time they have done it.

So.... Turn up for a first appointment for them to say my apointment was the day before...i booked this about 3 months ago. So how can I predict the right day.. Date..and month?? Umm strange.. Also no notice of a failed appointment. (if so) and no confirmation of apointment.. So my word against theirs.. My daughter has built herself up.. As she doesn't like the dentist experience.. So now had to rearrange the appointment.. Wait for it... 8weeks time.. Joke.... I reckon the receptionist needs more training...

They messed up my braces so badly because of the change of orthodontist to some brown women that had no idea what she was doing as she was fresh out of school that i have multiple problems with teeth enamel and gums now as they are squezzed together ! As my previous orthodontist has tightened my teeth really hard to reduce the gap created by previous wire in front ones and he was suppoused to streach them 2/3 wires up I came down AND SHE TOOK MY BRACE OFF Now i had cracks in enamel seen the dentist and orthodontist and they said its because of the preassure thats on my teeth the fault in the bite and also somehow smile streached my front teeth but they all go tight to the middle of my mouth as you go further . She took my brace off as they were straight . On the the front eventho i had the gap inbetween bite (they didnt close propely they were all lifted to the front as they are now BECAUSE THEY ARE ALL SQUEEZED and the bottom teeth have no place to get under front teeth I have all the pictures now im waiting for them to put it all on paper and im going back to smile to see if they will sorth it out ! The dentist said its dangerous as the teeth keep pushing forward and my gums were going really high up exposing roots of my teeth ! So i hope smile will finally respond to my emails and act like the doctors should as i dont fancy spending around 5000 to fix the mistake of "student orthodontist"
