This doctors is the worst I’ve ever been to,way to many clients which makes them not care about you or your problems,they rush when your in the room and do not give u the right help which should be given,coming here feels like a waste of time. I do not recommend and will be finding a new GP

Rang at 8.00, seen at 9.15, picked up medicine at 9.45, cured by 10.00. Thanks to all involved for a brilliant service; I just wish I’d come earlier and saved myself three weeks of discomfort.

My partner has anxiety and was feeling confident enough to go to the appointment alone. Only to tell me she felt misheard and disrespected when she returns. A small handful of the staff here are caring but the bad bunch are the reason this place is so poorly rated. Such lack of care for people and their problems.

Been with this practice 4 years only ever seen the nurse or HCA even then i had to weigh myself test my own blood pressure and check my height before i saw her. tried calling for an appointment to see a doctor tried 3 time today just get bounced around a telephone menu it's a joke ill be looking for a new doctor

Extremely poorly run surgery and service. Lack of appointments and medical advice due to the sheer number of patients. Triage system is inaptly managed and results in lengthy waits for even a telephone appointment with a medical professional. Advice always given is to ring nhs direct which then results in unsafe wait times and unnecessary pressure on hospital staff. No clear information on how the complaints procedure is handled. Mental health services are severely lacking even when other medical professionals are asking for an urgent GP follow up. Unfortunately it's not the clinical and non clinical staff's fault although they do get the main brunt of people's frustration, but the top paid staff who do not work sorely on the main floor and see patients more as a number. It is very disappointing to see that such an important healthcare service lacks in very little empathy and care.
