Colin Ellis Agents gave me a first class service from Valuation, Marketing and regular feedbacks, the viewings were always on time and the agent arrived early so as not to keep viewers hanging about which is important as viewers sometimes have multiple viewings in a day. Having considered the competition nearer to me undoubtedly Colin Ellis's fees were preferable to nearby agents in Filey. I knew Colin Ellis delivered as I had used them on a previous Sale 5 years ago as well and got a very quick sale. I didn't need to chase them up on anything they liase really well with potential buyers and Solicitors after the Sale agreed right upto Completion. Tracey couldn't have done more she went above and beyond with her support at that time between Exchange and Completion quire honestly couldn't have got through it all so smoothly without her exceptional customer service. I have moved numerous times in Scarborough and York and quite simply Colin Ellis stand out as market leaders and give excellent service and very competitive on their fees, so win win all round.
