Absolutely appalling! There's nothing positive to say about Nicholson's. We own a flat in a building they 'manage'. Maintenance charges increase for no reason & for that they do nothing. Leaking roof, shabby interior & exterior & no communication unless they want money. Selling up simply because of Nicholson's.

What excellent, caring, patient and efficient service from Charlotte Hindle at Nicholsons Estate Agents, Valley Bridge, Scarborough! She understood me well and what I like/needed and responded very appropriately. Charlotte also gave me very sound advice and was happy to engage in conversation, as well as the transactional talk! We have just completed a purchase where Nicholsons were the selling agent. Charlotte showed us around the property but has been much more than just an agent selling. We can't thank Charlotte enough for her help, she really has gone over and above her standard remit in helping, even after completion of the sale - I would highly recommend this firm and ask for Charlotte!

Just sold my flat through Nicholsons, great service, Charlotte had a buyer in mind as soon as I listed it and worked hard to get me a sale within 24 hours. I was kept up to date throughout the process and new exactly where we stood. Thanks Charlotte for the excellent service.
