Lauren is amazing! From the market appraisal, she had a plan to sell our house. She gave us the facts, a genuine valuation and a plan of action for selling. I was so impressed, I cancelled the other local agents and signed up there and then. Her images and write up were fantastic, so good, we had an offer accepted within 24 hours. Communication with Lauren has been great and so far Lauren has really got things moving with my sales progression. She’s an absolute asset to Reeds Raine and not your ‘typical estate agent’, no lies, no false promises, just the facts! I write as both buyer and seller having bought my house through Reads Rains in December 2014 and sold it, also through them, in August 2025. I decided to sell my house in order to live abroad with family. I chose Reads Rains because they were so helpful the first time around. I have not been disappointed. They are still trustworthy and fair towards buyers and sellers alike. Also friendly and generous with their time, and considerate of the effects on people of moving house. Clark did the initial survey, valuation and publicity. It was all very professional and quickly resulted in a sale. At this point Jamie took over the handling of the sale. Selling a house and moving abroad at the same time can be extremely stressful but Jamie responded immediately to potential problems. Always there with good advice, support and kindness, I came to completely rely on her for peace of mind.
