Excellent charging point very quick its a shame it is bloody expensive 0.89 kW more than litre of diesel will not use them again.I used 17 kW cost me £15.74 That would work out in Diesel as £7.87 for 50mpg. When Diesel price are around £6.43 gallon.

BEWARE OF CAR PARK CHARGES- SCAM but not instavolts fault. Instavolt charger worked and charged fast, although expensive. Car park privately owned by Crown Properties Paid at car park machine for a ticket for time I was there charging 3- 4 weeks later for a £60 fine saying I hadn't paid to park. Sent off copy of bank statement to prove I paid £1.20 to Crown Properties at the same time frame I paid Instavolt for charging. Fine was then reduced to £20 as they acknowledged I had paid but had enteted 1 letter of my car reg incorrectly in the machine, SCANDELOUS, be careful to put your details in correctly when paying. Car park owners must be making a fortune on fines here, be aware! 😢

Used my Electroverse card and failed to charged £45 reserved on card. Used my contactless card and another £45 then error with not being able to disconnect car. Had to call customer service and managed to free me up. Note you have to pay parking whilst charging otherwise you will get fined! I will be avoiding InstaVolt going forward.

If you like going to a pub and paying to use a glass so you can then buy a beer, then you'll appreciate having to pay to park here, so you can then pay 89 p/Kwh for EV charging - £££!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! BIG INSTAVOLT signage on the floor of the actual parking space would lead you to believe that the parking space belongs to Instavolt as well as the charger you are plugging into! NEVER have I had to pay for parking in addition to exorbitant prices per kwh!" It's unbelievable. All done to catch you out and make money for INITIAL PARKING who send you a £100 pcn through the post!" I only took my elderly Mum away for a few days after losing my Dad suddenly and unexpectedly! The price INSTAVOLT charge per KWH is ridiculous but the pcn notice when the parking space is clearly marked INSTAVOLT is unbelievable. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. USE A DIFFERENT CHARGER. THERE ARE PLENTY ABOUT. UPDATE Thank you for your response. As you can see clearly on the photograph I attached, there was no signage between the chargers. There was signage on the photograph the third party operator sent when they rejected my appeal based on a photograph from November 2023. Therefore the specific instructions that you refer to were not clearly detailed on signage installed by the car park operator at the time of our visit. Indeed how is one supposed to know what the instructions are without clear signage indicating a parking charge has to be paid when charging not parking when the charging bay is clearly marked as an EV charging bay and says INSTAVOLT. POWERING BRITAINS ELECTRIC VEHICLES in huge letters with a picture of an ev plugged in?
