A very respectful funeral that dad would have been proud of. The funeral team went above all our expectations on the day and were helpful and empathic during the process of arranging dad's goodbye. Thanks to all of you for your gracious and friendly assistance .
Experience as to be expected. Professional and attentive to the family's wishes. A very surreal experience that was made much smoother. A nice little touch driving Dad around his hometown.
Best in Scarborough they went above and beyond nothing as been too much trouble. They have been there every step of the way.. they have made the process and planning our boys funeral so much easier we explained what we wanted they put it all in place. They made everything so much easier. And took the pressure of us. They are so caring and approachable regarding things. Nothing is too much trouble. For them. They are very compassionate. And take care in everything they do. I honestly can't put it to words just how incredible they are.
Such caring people at this branch, so attentive,nothing was too much trouble,they took all the pressure off us arranging the funeral,every aspect was thoughtful,thorough and just so lovely at such a sad time,❤
