I was in tears after my haircut. I had never been to this salon before, but was desperately needing a cut. I asked for a couple of inches off and nice shaping around my face and gentle layers to give it bounce… the moment the lady cut half of my hair off I was in shock. The hairdresser lifted all of my hair from the top to my ears lifted it upright and just chopped. I was mortified it landed at the top of my ears once she had finished?! I was speechless, the “layering” I wanted was a mop chop near my ears. She kept reassuring me it’ll be fine styled.. I still couldn’t speak. The damage was done at the start and unprofessionally too, she didn’t measure she just lifted it and guessed with the scissors. Never trusting a new salon. Cried the whole drive home because my hair which was way past my shoulders was now a terrible bob with half around my ears.

I don’t recommend doing the make up because it wasn’t even close to the picture that I wanted and the brows were uneven and it didn’t look good at all so it wasn’t worth the money but the lady was really nice, so after some time they gave me another make up artist that fixed it for me but because of that I was late to prom and couldn’t do pictures with my family and it was stressful even though I went there quite early. The hairstylists who did my hair were amazing and did my hair really nice and beautiful and the service was good.

Best hairdressers in Scarborough imo!!! All the staff are absolutely lovely, never had one bad experience in years of going here! Saved my hair and gave me the best eyebrows known to man. Can’t recommend enough!!

Extremely friendly hairdressers, lovely atmosphere. My hair was long over due a cut and the lovely lady did a brilliant job. Would definitely recommend to someone else and will certainly be back.

I have been going for years and I find them very competent - great at cutting and colour and not to forget the excellent eyelash and eyebrow care. Also very efficient and organise appointments very well and try to fit you in even if it is a last minute appointment. And last but not least - really nice people! What more could you want? Karen
