I had the best experience getting my hair done here. I’m a really nervous person especially when it comes to my hair and Caitlin (my hairdresser) made me feel extremely comfortable all the way though. She talked me through every step and made sure that I was comfortable. She didn’t do anything I didn’t want her to and I left with the hair I wanted. It even looked better than the pictures I referenced to her !! I definitely recommend coming here!
Had a fabulous experience from start to finish. It’s a gorgeous salon and Caitlin is lovely and makes you feel relaxed she is an amazing colourist. Absolutely love my new hair thank you hun xx

I don’t normally leave reviews but I was appalled by the service I received & the manager’s lack of care (she was too busy applying her make up than to take the time to take my complaint seriously). I chose this salon after reading positive reviews online but I was distraught when my experience with this salon was anything but positive. I originally had the consultation with the manager, showing her numerous pictures & the colouring info my previous hairdresser used, which she confirmed she will use. When I was shown to my chair, I did not expect a trainee hairdresser to be doing my hair while the manager was done for the day & left the salon. What was worst was the end result after 4 hours & my hair was NOWHERE near the pictures that I showed them nor did they used any of the colours that I’ve requested. So not only did I waste a lot of money with them but I also had to spend more unnecessary money elsewhere to correct the state of my hair. Shocking management service 👎🏼
