Used this service after my washing machine broke. Quick solution or so I thought, due to work commitments. Started well then came up with a fault code , left with soaked clothes, and no way of sorting without paying twice. Didn't take the chance, process for contacting or refund is also appalling. Do not use or take the chance is my recommendation!!
Dryers nackered so went here to dry them drying only I was sat there 75 minuetes which cost me just shy of £20 and they’re all still soaking every time I’ve been over it’s a never worked the clothes would of dried quicker if I’d set that same £20 on fire infront of them con artists of a company machines never work at all I’d recommend a trip to auchwitz in the 40s before I recommended this spot steer well clear never again will I use any of their machines
When it works, it’s brilliant. When it doesn’t nightmare, but the refunds do come through quickly once you contact customer service via email.
Card machine not working , unable to use facility
Washing machine left clothes extremely wet and said error so rung clothes out as much as we could and paid for dryer as we were in car dryer made no difference at all, came out dripping so money wasted
