Top Nails

I had my infills done yesterday and I’m really unhappy with how they turned out. I showed a clear picture of what I wanted French nails with a heart but the result was nothing like it. You can still see old polish underneath, with lines and marks showing through, which makes them look rushed and messy. For the price I paid, this is not acceptable. The quality just wasn’t there, and I left feeling disappointed and overcharged.

Absolutely disgusted ! I had gel toes and acrylics! Honestly my son could of done a better job and had the audacity to charge £68 I hope people never use this business

Excellent service. Lady checked in and asked if I liked the colour and the shape numerous times which was lovely. Showed her a picture and she got them spot on. 10/10 thanks!

Terrible . Looks like my child has painted them . The man clearly could not be bothered to even try to do them properly. Was impatient cut corners and they look awful . £5 more than I’ve ever paid anywhere too . Terrible service . If it’s late and you’re tired say no . Do not squash a client in do an awful job rushing then be rude when I complain about how bad they look . Total waste of money and a very unprofessional job . Bad awful service . Avoid . I’ve had this same treatment.. gel polish on my own nails in salons up and down this country and abroad latest in Greece . This is by far the worst ever . And the most expensive. The last photo is after a bath, exactly 5 hours after they were done . Because it’s all over my skin and no cuticle work was done they are already peeling off . Terrible shocking service .

DISGUSTING PEOPLE. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS ESTABLISHMENT. I went in to just get a new colour and they originally said 18 so I agreed, 10/15 mins later once finished they then said 28! For gel colour, that’s it. Absolutely appalling, I hate confrontation but tried to stick up for myself by saying you said 18 and I wouldn’t have agreed if I knew it would be £28 for 10 mins work.
