V I P Nails

Came here today and had my nails done for the first time ever!! Staff are really lovely and I felt super comfortable. I showed them a design i wanted and they did it with no problems and the results are stunning, I love my nails so much. Thank you!!

Just read a review from a year ago and clearly they don't care about there reviews I don't expect to be shouted at about not having my hands relaxed enough in a salon full of people,clearly because I was more tense after been shouted at she gave up and I've spent all day picking nail varnish off my fingers.If your a nervous person or have anxiety avoid this place.

I have come to VIP for many many years, and always had an amazing experience. The nails are fabulous, the staff are lovely and very friendly and nothing is too much trouble for them at all. Nails are always on point and in my profession, all my customers always comment on how amazing my nails are, and look.

I had a terrible experience here today unfortunately. I’ve been coming here for over a year and apart from the price being quite high I’ve never had any problems before, hence why I’ve always returned. Today however one of the ladies shouted at me in front of the whole shop, which was full of customers, because my hands weren’t ‘relaxed enough’. I’ve never been so embarrassed and never had a problem with any of the other staff in there. After this she seemed to give up with my nails and left them partly not finished with nail varnish and acrylic around the edges of my fingers. This’ll stop me from returning in the future.

My daughter had her nails done here on Friday. It is now Wednesday and the acrylics are already coming off. They have bits under them like hair and dust. Nails not on properly at the cuticle area, I don’t even think they will last the week. Absolutely disgusting for the price. I can’t see I’m not the only one saying this. She won’t be going again, biggest waste of money.
