After being told by my GP I need my ears irrigating I looked to find somewhere that offers this service. That’s when I found Astons Pharmacy, I phoned up to get booked in and the process was really smooth and easy. When I got there I was met by a lovely staff member that explained the process to me. Throughout the session I was asked multiple times if there was any pain or discomfort and that they could pause for a bit if there was, which helped me to feel much more comfortable and at ease. At the end of the session they let me see how much was removed from my ears and explained any discomfort would shortly subside. I was very pleased with the service from start to finish and would highly recommend for anyone that is needing a similar treatment
The pharmacy is generally very good and gets prescriptions when they say they will. They seem to be struggling a bit with staffing but it's not their fault, just funding.
Transferred my repeat prescription to chemist who have excellent customer service and treat their customers with respect. After my last visit to Aston Pharmacy I was treated so badly by the woman behind the counter I sent a complaint. Not something I would normally do because I appreciate that we all have bad days. But the way I was treated warranted a complaint. They didn't even acknowledge it! If I could give zero stars I would because 1 star is too many.
Popped into enquire after a prescription after they were not answering the phone. ( hence -1*)Friendly staff sorted it out within 15 minutes and gave good advice.
Always had very good service at this pharmacy Thank you all for your service
