The situation we are facing involves excellent staff who are operating without clear direction. It takes an extended period to receive answers over the phone, with attempts to make payments taking to four days until I gave up trying. This issue arises because the new owner implements changes without seeking input. Regrettably, I have decided to leave. There are numerous online options available that offer free delivery and a hassle-free experience. A prescription can be submitted, and it will be delivered through the mailbox two days later. I am willing to pay, but it should be feasible to complete the payment process rather than being told to call back tomorrow, assuming the phone is answered at all. My wife is placing an order today. This is how businesses fail. It is important to acknowledge the GREAT STAFF who are striving to achieve the impossible.

I feel sad that after years of excellent service the pharmacy has declined in its customer service. After 21 attempts over a 2 day period I still haven’t had my calls answered so sent an email with no response. I’ve had a prescription outstanding for over a week now and one that was delivered that is a later Script so not sure what’s going on and have tried so many times to get through to them without success. Very disappointed

It is quite concerning to consider the situation at hand. A prescription was submitted one week ago, and upon inquiring about its status, I was informed that it had already been received by me self. However, upon further questioning, it was revealed that the delay was due to an anti-acid stomach liquid being out of stock so the filled prescriptions were on shelf in the back room. It appears that the staff overlooked the fact that the prescription bag contained heart medication, blood pressure medication, and other essential items. I was then asked if I would like to receive it now. After a week of waiting, this should not be a complicated matter. It is disheartening to witness the decline in service quality at this establishment.
