In this chemist, the staff seem completely overwhelmed and unable to serve customers with even a basic level of courtesy. If you don’t like your job, either resign or learn to adapt—because rudeness is certainly not part of the role, and it is definitely not acceptable in customer service. My prescription was ready three days late, despite being told it would take only 24 hours to process. Even when we arrived on the Tuesday you clearly stated it would be “100% ready,” you appeared completely lost. Thank goodness we didn’t rely on your dismissive attitude. We chose not to accept your negative answer and insisted on returning in 30 minutes to give you more time to locate the main medication prescribed by the GP.
Absolutely fantastic chemist's. I have always had excellent service, very friendly staff and never have to wait long. I love the 'text when your prescription is ready' service, saves me so much hassle. The bell at the top of the steps is great for those of us who can't get down the steps. I also recently used the pharmacist blood pressure check service twice as recommended by my doctors and the staff were all so lovely. Can't fault Cohens
Pleasant and professional staff. Excellent customer service. Having transferred my repeat prescription from another chemist due to issues every time I went to collect my prescription. I really can't praise the staff at Cohen's enough. Thank you.
Best chemist ever lovely kind compassionate staff would not go any were else
Was asked to join the pharmacy 3 months ago promising to deliver my mothers medication so she wouldn't have to get them herself as she has had a stroke and her mobility isn't great. Each month I've had to pick up her prescription because it's not been delivered. This time she ordered her medication early because of bank Holiday, 9 days later, still no medication so queried it when I picked up her medication again. The 2 female staff were very rude and condescending. I said as its not being delivered we would have to go back to the old pharmacy which is closer to my mum. They said yeah that's fine. No apologies and just dirty looks and excuses of it being bank holiday saying they needed 3-4 days even though she ordered them 9 days before to allow extra bank holiday time. No excuse for the previous 2 months though eh?
