Very helpful staff.
Staff are always helpful however as im writing this it's now 9:35am and it isn't open. It should have opened at 9am but they can't as the pharmacist hasn't arrived yet. This isn't the first time this has happened either! You'd have thought that a company such as this would monitor things like this. I also went to collect this prescription on Thursday (now monday) but they wouldn't issue it as it 4 days too early to be repeated....now i can't get it as it's not open! My verdict is that you should use this pharmacy as the staff are helpful BUT just don't go first thing! 😣 UPDATE: Waited until 9:50am when a member of staff (also appearing annoyed by this) came and said it would now be at least 10:30am before they opened!!
Supposed to be open till 6pm today but all locked up and gone home before 5:45pm ! Thanks !!
Staff always friendly, in particular Lisa who showed genuine concern when I had flu. 10/10..
Absolutely rubbish been trying to get prescription for four days now always long queue I am a key worker and don't have the luxury af waiting around for a hour or two not open till 10 and not open on weekend have now changed my chemist
