Currently waiting 2 hours on Saturday 3rd January absolutely disgraceful certainly gone down hill my prescription never completey ready
The pharmacist is exceptional, and the staff is highly commendable. They consistently provide assistance whenever required.
Very disappointing service this morning. Told to make appt at pharmacy by GP. I rang 3 times for my grandson who is unwell with temperature and in a lot of pain. I was cut off every time. He then had to walk up to speak to them in person and was told to come back at 12. He was told it was a new tel system but while he was in there he saw calls just being cut off. However after going back he has been given medication he needs
Great service. More than helpful and vaccination carried out.
Every time I've been in you have to wait ages ,5 staff on no one serving gets worse
