While on holiday, I found myself needing a pharmacy—and I couldn’t have asked for better care. From the moment I stepped in, the team was warm, attentive, and incredibly reassuring. Being away from home can be stressful when health worries pop up, but they put my mind at ease straight away. Their service was not only professional but genuinely kind. They took the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and made sure I felt confident and supported. It’s rare to find that level of care, especially when you’re just passing through. Thank you for turning a wobbly moment into one of calm and comfort. You’re a credit to your community!

Went in with an issue which Mr J Squires sorted for me quickly. He realised I would have a problem with the meds I was already on so referred me to my GP surgery to sort further. He was so lovely and really looked after me. Pleasure to see him. The shop had got a huge delivery and so all the counter staff were busy but I was seen and sorted with speed and friendliness. Thank you Squires.

I visited the chemist this morning, the queue was to the door. I have Postural Tachycardia Syndrome and cannot stand for long without passing out. There are no chairs and when my heart started getting very fast I had to sit on the floor. Not one member of staff asked if I was OK and I had to stay on the floor until served! When finally served I stated what condition I have and suggested they have a chair in there for people such as myself. The assistant didn't say a word and just looked at me blankly. I will not use this chemist again.

Brilliant chemist, lovely helpful staff. Even when busy, lovely positive attitudes. Got a chemist at the top of are rd but go out of our way because squires is the best. Thank you for today x

On holiday in the area and needed urgent insulin for my diabetic son. Did everything they could to help and sorted it in a matter of minutes. Very helpful and friendly staff, highly recommended.
